By downloading, installing, or using LunaWell, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
LunaWell provides holistic, empathetic women’s wellness with cycle-synced movement, nutrition, and self-care recommendations.
LunaWell is published by Nexus Applications LLC and is available on the Apple App Store. Google Play availability is coming soon.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use LunaWell.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and current account information.
- Your account is personal and non-transferable.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Nexus Applications LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store (and Google Play when available).
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device’s account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play refund policies.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes will not affect active subscription periods.
5. Virtual Purchases & In-App Currency
Any in-app currencies, credits, or virtual items purchased within LunaWell are non-refundable, non-transferable, and hold no real-world monetary value. Virtual purchases are licensed, not sold, and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
6. AI Disclaimer
LunaWell includes AI-powered features that provide coaching, suggestions, and conversational responses. AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, financial, legal, or educational advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions regarding your health, finances, or education.
7. Acceptable Use
When using LunaWell, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
- Generate, transmit, or store harmful, abusive, or illegal content through AI features.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.
- Use the app for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, graphics, trademarks, and intellectual property within LunaWell are owned by Nexus Applications LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you create within LunaWell (such as journal entries, notes, or data). By using the app, you grant Nexus Applications LLC a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Applications LLC’s total liability for any claims arising from your use of LunaWell is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
LunaWell is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the application.
12. Modifications to Terms
Nexus Applications LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of LunaWell after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
