Nexus Applications LLC publishes mobile applications for wellness, fitness, education, productivity, finance, and gaming. Our apps are available on the Apple App Store, with Google Play availability coming soon.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use our applications.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and current account information.
- Your account is personal and non-transferable.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Nexus Applications LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store (and Google Play when available).
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device’s account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play refund policies.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes will not affect active subscription periods.
5. Virtual Purchases & In-App Currency
Any in-app currencies, credits, or virtual items purchased within our applications are non-refundable, non-transferable, and hold no real-world monetary value. Virtual purchases are licensed, not sold, and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
6. AI Disclaimer
Our applications include AI-powered features that provide coaching, suggestions, and conversational responses. AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, financial, legal, or educational advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
When using our applications, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications.
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
- Generate, transmit, or store harmful, abusive, or illegal content through AI features.
